History repeats itself. Coming close to 37 yeas of purchasng and service with Universal Chev contiues to this current service call yeilding first class service. I had another smooth Rate A service visit. This appointment was promptly scheduled and upon arrival my '06 Silverado was taken quickly to the back and service began. The service cost was not a nightmare nor was it a surprise attack cost. Joe had already given us assessment of service work to be done and possible charge. At the same time, we brought in our '11 Equinox for a equipment repair. As we walked downtown, the service department inspected the need. A part was ordred, Joe called us and we were on our way.
