Friendly and knowledgeable employees

Mr. Larry Wood and Hannah were awesome with getting our Traverse in for our first service. The service department did a great job as did the detail guys in cleaning our car. Very pleased with the services received at Universal Chevrolet!

Had to have a Transmission done they had the car towed from my work a new transmission put in and back to me in less than a week

We experienced prompt and courteous service from the staff in the Service department. Prior to my appointment , scheduling was easy and it was nice to receive the email and phone reminders.

Universal is always considerate and helpful. This experience was wonderful, too.

I went in for an oil change, and Ryan said I needed service based on the mileage, and they were able to do it all.
