Great service as always

Needed 4 tires on my 2008 corvette, and received a quote of $2500 to install 4 tires and alignment! Very disappointing that the price was NOT remotely competitive! 3 other shops could complete the same work for $1220.

The people at Universal Chevrolet are wonderful people. They truly make you feel like family. I have been doing business with them for over 40 years. On 9/30/2025 I had an appointment to have my SUV Serviced. Everyone is always kind and friendly. Yesterday was no exception. I would like to give a shout out to Rodney, from my understanding he usually works in the parts department. Yesterday he was helping the service department. This gentleman went above and beyond. He check on me several times. When I was ready to leave he walked with me to my car and eve opened the door for me. I was very impressed.

I bought the wash and wax package. The job was excellent. I will continue to have my car cleaned at Universal.

Long story short, I came in for a simple oil change. After 4 + hours of waiting my total bill is 316.47

Working with Vince, Johnny and Justin was the smoothest car buying purchase I’ve done in a long time. Friendly service and attention to detail was top notch! Thanks guys for a great experience!

We have been associated with these fine folks since 1976, with many new and used vehicles. We have had beyond the best of service and above average personal care in situations over the years. I made a call of what I wanted one day and the next it was waiting in front for me to test drive. they stayed late past closing and we drove home that night. They know when we say we are interested, we knew dealing was going to happen. We don't go back and forth. I tell them what we want in monthly price and what we expect on trade. We deal right off... done with fun and laughter.

Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted. Just moved to the area and Universal was recc'd to me several times over. I was treated like family as soon as I walked in the door. I found the truck of my dreams. I can see myself being a customer for life.
