Always excellence service at Universal Chevy. I am always greeted by name. My car repair required that a part be ordered. The next day the service technician came in early and the repair was completed just after opening. I was impressed by the customer service. There is no where else I would go for service!

The prices/coupons applicable on the services department website do not translate to in person services despite being told via phone all discounts apply. The price was agreed on multiple times however was not told that the services department wouldn’t honor the coupon until after the completion of work and screenshots/coupon still being available online. Very dishonest work.
