Very professional

I was a little disappointed, I was told about my tires and I understand I had a bubble in one of them, but when asked if I was going to get tires today, I said no, then he sat there and asked me again, when I say no I mean no and I will not be pressured to do anything. Tires are something I will shop around for. I took it to a tire place and they said they did not know who measured my tires but they had enough tread on them for several thousand more miles. I understand wanting to make money, but just because I am female does not constitute being pressured into any decision. I did get the one with the bubble replaced, ended up getting 2 tires at this other place of business.

The staff at Universal Chevrolet is extremely professional and friendly. When I carry my vehicle to Universal Chevrolet, I'm treated with respect and I know that my vehicle will be in good hands. I recommend Universal Chevrolet to all of my friends.

I always enjoy my experience at Universal Chevrolet when I take my Tahoe in for services. Everyone I have talked with has been kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
